This is how it works
1. Open the Sentiment Analysis in your eTrusted account. The Sentiment Breakdown shows how many reviews a category has been mentioned in as well as the amount of positive, neutral and negative mentions there are in each category.
2. The Sentiment Score is calculated from the ratings in the individual categogies.
3. By clicking on a category, you can see which passages have been analysed in which reviews. Clicking on a category also takes you to the inbox where you can react to the respective reviews.
4. You get an overview of all current stats and data and can reinforce positive trends to increase customer satisfaction based on daily updated data and increase customer satisfaction.
