With the launch of our new onboarding flow for new members, we’ve already taken a big step forward – but at Trusted Shops, the work never stops after the first release. In this second iteration, we closely monitored usage, identified issues, and implemented meaningful improvements.
The result: an Onboarding Journey Update that brings small but impactful enhancements to make the start of the membership experience even smoother.
What’s new?
- Input field for the review goal now includes proper validation
- Wording in the onboarding launcher has been adjusted
- Bugs within the flow have been fixed
- Users receive reminders to complete outstanding steps
- Celebration notification when the review goal is reached
- Existing paying customers are now included if onboarding steps are still open
