Onboarding Journey Update: More Clarity, Fewer Barriers – Enhancements for a Smooth Start

With the launch of our new onboarding flow for new members, we’ve already taken a big step forward – but at Trusted Shops, the work never stops after the first release. In this second iteration, we closely monitored usage, identified issues, and implemented meaningful improvements.

 

The result: an Onboarding Journey Update that brings small but impactful enhancements to make the start of the membership experience even smoother.

What’s new?

  • Input field for the review goal now includes proper validation
  • Wording in the onboarding launcher has been adjusted
  • Bugs within the flow have been fixed
  • Users receive reminders to complete outstanding steps
  • Celebration notification when the review goal is reached
  • Existing paying customers are now included if onboarding steps are still open

With this update, we’re making it easier for new and existing customers to successfully complete their onboarding – clearer, more motivating, and more reliable. Small improvements, big impact – less support effort, more customer success.
