Product Reviews: Collect Once, Showcase Everywhere

If you operate multiple online stores across different markets, you know the struggle: one shop has built up thousands of reviews over the years, while another - perhaps a recent launch in a new region - is starting from scratch. Yet, you’re often selling the same products with the same quality and the same brand experience.

Starting today, you can display product reviews from one store across all your other storefronts. It’s fully automated, requires zero extra effort, and even includes built-in translation.

 How it works?

This feature syncs product reviews across your various domains. The only requirement is that the products share the same Product ID (SKU) across shops - this ensures that feedback is always mapped to the correct item.

Reviews appear directly on the Product Detail Page (PDP), sorted by recency. If a review was originally written in another language, our system automatically translates it into the local language of that shop. These cross-channel reviews are clearly labeled to maintain transparency, showing the original source of the feedback.

What This Means for Your Business?

  • Instant Authority in Every Market: Stores with fewer reviews immediately benefit from the social proof of your established channels, eliminating the "cold start" problem.

  • Build Trust from Day One: When launching in a new market, you can showcase authentic customer voices immediately. Shoppers see at a glance that they are buying from an established, global brand.

  • Maximum Impact, Minimum Effort: The reviews you’ve already worked hard to collect now work harder for you across your entire ecosystem—no duplicate work required.

Success Story: Zeeman

The impact of review syndication is best seen through Zeeman. The European apparel retailer utilizes this feature across six different country-specific stores.

Zeeman Spain previously had 439 of its own product reviews—after enabling syndication, that number jumped to over 55,000. We saw similar results in France and Germany. Even in their primary market in the Netherlands, Zeeman benefited from nearly 20,000 additional reviews generated in international markets.
