A new, improved Notifications concept in your Control Centre

We have introduced a new feature to help you get even more out of your customer reviews: the improved notification concept.
 
 What are the advantages of the new notifications?
  • Improved overview: The new notifications provide you with a better overview of your customer reviews. You will be informed about important events, such as when you receive a new review or when you have answered a review.
  • Simplified use: The new notifications will help you to use the Control Centre even better. This means that you can react faster to customer reviews and get more out of the Control Centre's functions.

What notifications are there?

The first notifications cover the following topics:

  • Review Goal (Setup and Progress): You will be informed about the progress of your goals.
  • Number of Reviews: You will be informed about the number of new reviews you have received. To do this, you must have ticked the notification request for the Control Centre in your user settings.
  • Google Integration: You will be informed that the Google integration is active.

How can you use the new notifications?

To use the new notifications, you only need to open the Control Centre. You will then be automatically informed about new events.

We hope you enjoy the new notifications. They are another step to help you get even more out of your customer reviews.

Good to know: The new notifications are currently available in the first version. We plan to add more features in the future.
