While experienced members are often well-versed in these essentials, we’ve noticed that many new online shops need a bit more guidance to unlock the full potential of their Trusted Shops membership from day one.
 

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new onboarding journey for all new members.

 

Why this change matters

In the world of SaaS, a strong onboarding experience is key to long-term success—and Trusted Shops is no different. We’ve found that a number of new members, especially in our tech-touch segment, don’t complete their setup. Without key steps like Trustbadge integration or review invite activation, it’s hard for those members to see value early on.

To help, we’re launching a new self-service onboarding experience that’s simple, structured, and member-focused—no technical know-how required.

The updated onboarding journey is now available for all new (paid) memberships across all markets. It offers clear step-by-step support to guide members through:
