New for you: Collect product reviews more specifically from customers and more control over the comment function
The new invitation rules for product reviews in eTrusted are here! Customize the timing of your review invitations and increase the willingness of your customers to submit reviews.
The new invitation rules offer you the following benefits:
- Optimize timing: Send both review invitations at the time your clientele prefers to review.
- Get more reviews: Give customers enough time to try the items, increasing their willingness to write a review.
- Choose feedback type: As part of the new invitation rules, you can even decide whether you prefer qualitative feedback with comments or purely quantitative feedback in the form of rating stars for your product reviews.
If you want to benefit from the new, flexible invitation rules, simply log in to eTrusted and adjust the appropriate settings. At the same time, review and optimize the send delay for your review invitations to increase your conversion rate.
