Custom Sending Delay

Every business is different - and so are your customers’ buying journeys.

With the new Custom Sending Delay, you can now decide exactly how many days after a purchase your review invites are sent.
Whether you sell fast-moving products or services that take time to experience, you can tailor the timing to fit your business model.

💡 Example:

  • For a flower shop, sending the invite 2 days after delivery might make sense.

  • For a furniture store, 10–14 days could be better, giving customers time to assemble and use the product first.

This flexibility helps you collect more meaningful reviews and improve response rates.

Independent Invite Reminders

Until now, review reminders applied across both Service Reviews and Product Reviews.
With this update, you can now enable or disable reminders separately - giving you more control over the customer experience.

Why this matters:
You might want to remind customers to share a service review (for example, about shipping or support), but skip reminders for product reviews to avoid overcommunication.
Now, you can do exactly that - and create a smoother, more personalised review journey.
