As of today, you can now apply Sentiment Analysis to reviews from the last 3 years, a substantial increase from the previous 365-day limit.

This expansion allows you to:
- Analyze long-term trends in customer sentiment
- Gain a multi-year overview of your business performance
- Uncover valuable insights from reviews collected in the more distant past
How to access extended Sentiment Analysis
- Open the date range filter in the top right corner of your dashboard
- Select "last 3 years" from the options
- Click "Apply" to update your analysis
Note: The earliest possible starting date for analysis is currently 01/09/2021. Full three-year analysis will be available from 01/09/2024.
