Mandatory Service Review Comments
We've rolled out a new feature exclusively for you – Settings for Mandatory Service Review Comments. This upgrade empowers you to gather more detailed and insightful feedback, enhancing your understanding of your costumer experiences.
You can now find the feature in the Questionnaire Customization area and it only takes one click to activate it.
Quality over quantity:
Although the volume of reviews may decrease slightly after you set a mandatory comment, each submission will now include detailed comments that allow for a deeper understanding of customer needs.
Remember, there's not ONE right way to go. The mandatory service review comments are just another option for you to gather feedback. It's up to you to decide which approach works best for your business.
