Our recent profile updates, which went live a few weeks ago, are designed to enhance user engagement, promote customer success, and ensure transparency in the review process. In this article, we will walk you through the exciting changes we've made to our company profiles, both open and member, to make your journey with us even more enjoyable.

Clear and Informative Review Cards

One of the first noticeable changes is the revamped so called review card. We've made it more user-friendly by providing a clear header that includes the user's name, a user avatar (currently displaying name initials), and their location (city) on the left side. Additionally, we've introduced an "additional actions" button represented by three dots, which contains options like reporting the review. These improvements aim to streamline the review reading experience.

Enhanced Anonymity

To respect users' privacy, we've implemented a feature that allows authors who wish to remain anonymous to hide their names, displaying only an avatar as a visual identifier. This change ensures that users can leave honest feedback without revealing their identity.

Prominent Verified Reviews

Verified reviews now stand out with a distinctive blue background. When you hover over a verified review, a clarification tooltip will appear, providing users with more context about what "verified" means. This transparency boosts trust in the authenticity of these reviews.

Review Titles

For reviews where users provide unique titles distinct from the buyer statement text, we've added a new feature to display these titles. This enhancement allows reviewers to provide a quick summary of their experience in the title, making it easier for other users to understand the key points.

Improved Readability for Long Buyer Statements

To improve the readability of reviews with longer buyer statements, we've introduced a "show more" button, indicated by three dots, under each extended statement. Users can now expand these statements for a more in-depth understanding of the feedback.

Enhanced Company Responses

Company responses to reviews are now more prominent, featuring a gray background. This change ensures that company feedback is easily distinguishable and adds to the overall transparency of the review process.

Modernized Review Cards

We've given the review top and flop cards a modern facelift while keeping their content and layout consistent with other reviews. This update aligns with the latest design trends while maintaining familiarity.

Improved Review Authenticity

To emphasize the authenticity of reviews, we've made changes to both the review authenticity teaser and the review authenticity section at the bottom of the page. The text is now clearer and more prominent with a blue background, and illustrations have been added to enhance visual appeal.

Modern Pagination

Finally, we've updated the pagination design for a more modern look. We've replaced double arrow buttons with edge numbers (1 to X amount of pages), making it clearer and more user-friendly.
