What is new?
We understand that not all reviews are the same, and your responses should reflect that. With our latest update, you have even more control over the length of your generated replies. By default, the SRA uses the <Auto> setting, which ensures that your reply matches the length of the review. Short review? Shorter reply. Longer review? A more detailed response. It's that simple! But we didn't stop there. We've also added two new options - <Brief> and <Detailed>. These options allow you to choose shorter or longer replies, regardless of the review length, giving you even more flexibility.
We know that personalized communication is essential for building meaningful connections with your customers. That's why we've made a significant improvement to the Salutation Form feature. Previously, the SRA used the Salutation Form from the <Personalization> feature. But now, you have the power to set the Salutation Form individually for the SRA, completely independent of your Personalization settings. This means you can tailor your replies to strike the perfect balance between formal and casual communication, ensuring a personalized touch that resonates with your customers.
But wait, there's more!
We have an exciting additional feature to share with you. You can now use the "NAME of shop" and "TYPE of industry" functionalities. This means the SRA will create responses that not only consider the length and tone of the review but also recognize the specific environment in which the review was made. Whether you're running an onlineshop, online-apotheke, or a car dealership, the SRA will incorporate your shop's name into the generated reply. Imagine the impact of receiving a response that begins with "Thank you very much for your order at [Your Company's Name]..." It adds a personal touch that truly connects with your customers.
Last but not least: To make your experience even better, we've made some enhancements to the Control Centre Inbox:
We heard your feedback, and we're excited to let you know that we've removed the tooltip in the reply textfield. This change provides a cleaner and more streamlined interface, allowing you to focus on crafting your responses with ease.
We've introduced a brand new SRA info box called "SRA_active_overview" within the CC Inbox. This handy info box gives you quick access to the Channel Settings SRA Configuration Area. With just a click, you can effortlessly adjust your SRA settings and stay in control of your review management process.
