Bad customer reviews – Good replies!


Reply to negative reviews the   right way!

Getting negative feedback is inevitable. That's no reason to panic though! You just need to reply in the right way. Some things to keep in mind are:

  • Don't reply emotionally - Stay cool-headed
  • Thank your customer for their feedback
  • Offer them direct contact with you

As long as you show an effort in rectifying the problem, this shows all your customers your willingness to do right by them.
